We typically deliver between 90 and 95 percent, but sometimes it’s lower due to soft bounces, which reflect Internet Service Providers (ISPs) denying the message which could be the result of complaints or lack of engagement.
We typically see open rates anywhere from 2-9 percent for acquisition emails, and 10-25 percent for CRM/database emails. It’s important to note that not all HTML email software will not report back opens, so open rates are artificially deflated.
We typically see click-through rates in the 10-15 percent range – and some have over 20-30 percent.
Response rates vary wildly depending on your subject line, message and offer. Farm Market iD has no control over that. However, we have repeat email customers who have success with their campaigns.
